Terms of use
1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Wisegram — the website, the web app, and the mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wisegram.
1. Who can use Wisegram
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher). If you're under 18, use Wisegram with a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code goes to your email. Keep your email account secure; anything done from your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time from your account page — deletion is immediate and permanent.
3. Your content
What you post stays yours. By posting you grant Wisegram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate, render as images or video, and distribute it on the service and in shared cards — including anonymously if you chose that. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others.
Posting anonymously hides your name from other people, never from Wisegram itself: every post has an accountable author.
4. The rules
Post only wisdom: quotes, passages, and things you've learned. Don't post spam, advertising, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, private information about others, or anything illegal.
Don't attribute words to people who didn't say them. Quote sources honestly. Don't post text you don't have the right to share.
Don't try to manipulate the service — scripted accounts, vote rings, prompt injection, or any attempt to break the verification pipeline.
5. Verification and moderation
Every submission passes automated checks and may be held for human review. We may remove content, hold it, correct an attribution, apply strikes, or suspend accounts when these terms are broken. Members can report content and hide authors. If your content is removed you can ask us why via support.
6. Copyright and takedowns
If you believe content on Wisegram infringes your rights, email support with the link and the basis of your claim. We act on valid notices promptly.
7. What Wisegram is not
Wisdom is not advice. Nothing on the service is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The service is provided as is; we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wisegram is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.
